This year I will walk from St. Ives to Looe, starting on July 11th and arriving in Looe on July 29th. This makes a total of 252,7 km (157 miles) and is pretty much exactly a quarter of the whole SWCP.
New part of my walk (87,7 km/54.5 miles):
Part I’m walking for the second time (165 km/102.5 miles):
I have heard and read that my first two walking days will be very challenging in terms of climbing boulders, trudging through bogs (probably even if it hasn’t been raining recently), trying to avoid slipping or stumbling and crossing streams on small bridges (which might be my personal challenge if VERY small, you know me…). Sounds like a good start for a 3 weeks adventure…
